Answer: You can compress all output files into a ZIP file by clicking the "" icon on the right of the "Output Files" section and clicking "Add to ZIP" on the pop-up menu. To download the ZIP file, simply click on it or right-click on the ZIP file link and click "Save link as...".

Answer: The file may have been compressed before or have lower quality than settings. For example, changing a JPG file's image quality to 80 will not reduce the file size if the JPG file's original image quality is 80 or lower. You can try entering a smaller quality value such as 40 if this happens.

Answer: Try renaming the file extension name to the closest extension name supported. For example: rename .JIFI or .JP2 to JPG, rename .XLSM to .XLSX, rename .M2T to .M2TS. The compression usually works after renaming.

Answer: Click the "" icon on the right of the "Output Files" section and click "Remove all" on the pop-up menu. All your files will be deleted immediately and can't be recovered. Your files will be automatically deleted by a scheduled program in 2 hours if you didn't delete files by yourself.

Answer: We are working on supporting ZIP files, so you only need to pack your entire website into one ZIP file and our site will compress every website file in this ZIP file. This function is in beta testing; please check back later.
